Administrative Assistant job summary
Reepham High School & College is an 11-18 comprehensive school, only half an hour away from Norwich city centre. It has over 800 pupils in the main school and 240 students in the Sixth Form College. The school serves a very wide catchment area of nearly 400 square kilometres and 85% of our young people travel by bus.
Reepham High School & College have a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant. The successful applicant will undertake a range of administrative duties including overseeing and monitoring of our reprographics equipment, providing administrative support for our annual pupil Curriculum Enhancement Week, provide administrative support to the College team, and work closely with other members of the school administrative team. During examination periods the post holder will also support with administration of the school’s cover arrangements including the timely organisation of agency supply staff and the deployment and daily briefing of cover supervisors.
The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, alongside the ability to plan and prioritise deadlines, demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, be flexible and work effectively within a team and have a sound knowledge of Microsoft 365. A first aid qualification would be advantageous, but training will be provided.
