Riverside School is a forward‑thinking, innovative all‑age special school with 360 pupils across four sites in the London Borough of Bromley. We have a strong culture of belonging, wellbeing, community and connection.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our busy Infrastructure Team and provide high‑quality clerical and administrative support across the school.

This is an important role supporting pupils, families and staff. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth running of our school offices. Travel between our four sites will be required.

We are looking for someone with a sense of humour, a calm and approachable manner, strong ICT skills and the ability to work flexibly as part of a multi‑disciplinary team. Previous administrative experience is desirable.
