About the Role

As an Admin Assistant, you will be at the heart of school life—supporting pupils, staff and families while helping keep the school running smoothly:

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, calls and enquiries
  • Support pupil welfare, including first aid and wellbeing
  • Manage attendance, absence calls and pupil records
  • Provide administrative support including letters, trips, and communications
  • Use systems such as Parent App and MIS to support the school day
