What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an exceptional Catering Lead to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of catering services across our family of 11 schools.

This pivotal role will drive continuous improvement, ensuring every pupil benefits from high-quality, nutritious, and value-for-money meals, delivered in full compliance with National School Food Standards. The successful candidate will lead, motivate, and support our Schools Catering Managers, fostering a culture of consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all of our locations. With a strong focus on innovation and best practice, you will play a key role in enhancing the dining experience, promoting healthy choices, and ensuring our catering provision reflects the highest standards across the Trust.
