Job Title: Administration Assistant (SEND)
Actual Annual Salary: £22,213 - £24,212 (Based on full time hours, term time only)
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,941 - £28,275 (CLF Grade B) Based on full time hours, all year round.
Contract Type: Fixed contract until 31/08/2026
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week Term Time Only (plus INSET Days)
Provisional Start Date: November 2025
An exciting opportunity for an Administrator to gain further skills
We are looking for a SEN Administrator to provide highly effective and efficient administrative support to the SENDCo and SEND team to ensure the school provides excellent education for all students with SEND.
Your duties will include the organisation and maintenance of student files, arranging and minuting meetings with parents and external agencies, preparing documentation for EHCPs and uploading information and diary management of SENDCo.
This is a varied and busy role and will require the postholder to have sound organisation skills and be a confident communicator as liaison will include senior leaders, parents, students and external agencies.
