Administrative Assistant job summary
The successful candidate will:
Be committed to providing an efficient and accurate service and be able to communicate in a friendly clear and effective manner.
Provide administrative support to the School. To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office by working with the school team, providing high quality, effective and efficient administrative support
Have the ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
Have the ability to use own initiative and take action accordingly
Have the ability to use IT packages including Word and Excel
Have excellent organisational, English and numeracy skills
Have an understanding of data protection and confidentiality
Observe and comply with all school’s policies and procedures, including staff code of conduct, safeguarding, children protection and Health & Safety
