Administrative Assistant job summary
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week over 39 weeks per year (Term time)

- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills (e.g., GCSE English and Maths or equivalent).
- Enthusiasm, good listening skills, and an ability to follow instructions.
- General IT skills and understanding of Health & Safety regulations.

Key duties include but not are restricted to:
- To administratively support teaching staff and the SLT in delivery of a high quality education and environment for students.
- Under the instruction of senior staff, provide routine general, clerical, administrative and financial support to the school.
- To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.

Due to the nature of this role, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
