Administrator Assistant job summary

This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our busy school, where no two days are the same. As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school, providing high-quality administrative and reception support across a wide range of areas.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our pupils, families and visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome while managing enquiries both in person and over the phone. Alongside this, you will support the Senior Leadership Team and Admin Manager with a broad range of administrative tasks, from organising meetings and maintaining accurate records to supporting systems such as Arbor and contributing to data and reporting processes.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, adaptable and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. If you take pride in creating a welcoming environment and have a keen eye for detail, you will play an important role in helping our school community thrive.
