About You
- English and Maths qualifications to level 2 (GCSE A-C) or equivalent
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience of working in customer services and/or an office environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm under pressure, dealing with multiple deadlines.
- Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role. particularly Microsoft Office
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
