About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised School Administrator to join our friendly team and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our school. Reporting to the School Operations Manager, you’ll provide essential administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • School admission administration
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets and databases
  • Collecting, collating, and managing key information
  • Photocopying resources and contacting parents as needed
  • Producing, scanning, and uploading documents
  • Supporting wider administrative tasks across the school

This is a varied and rewarding role. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that values collaboration, initiative and a commitment to excellence.


About you

You’re personable, approachable and thrive in a busy environment. A self-starter with a keen eye for detail even when juggling multiple tasks.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in a general office environment and administrative procedures
  • Is confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and databases
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, students, parents and the wider community
  • Can manage competing deadlines with support from your line manager
  • Is eager to learn and contribute to a positive school culture
  • Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
