We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Administrator to join Ousedale School in Newport Pagnell. The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support, helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the school while offering a friendly and professional first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors. We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable and thrives in a busy school environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering an effective reception service including answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries; signing in visitors and sorting and distributing internal and external mail.
  • Support attendance, admissions and other student-related administrative processes as required.
  • Maintain accurate student, staff and academy records in line with data protection requirements.
  • Provide effective and reliable administrative support to staff and leadership teams across the school.

Pay range:

  • NJC 8-12 £19,253.34 - £20,526.99 (FTE: £27,709.00 - £29,542.00)
  • Part time (30 hours)
  • Permanent/Term Time only (38 weeks)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
