What You’ll Do:
As an Administrator, you will:Provide high-quality administrative support across the College.Manage telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.Maintain accurate student records and school databases.Support attendance, admissions, and safeguarding administration.Assist with school communications, events and correspondence.Support senior leaders and other departments as required.
What We’re Looking for:We are seeking someone who:Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.Possesses strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.Can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.Works effectively as part of a team and independently.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Previous experience in a school environment or similar, and a knowledge of school management systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
