Administrator L3 Nursery - Hinstock Primary School job summary

From September 2022 we have an opportunity for an administrator to join our hard working team at Hinstock Primary School and Hedgehogs Nursery.

The post is for 7 hours and these can be agreed over two part days or one full one. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the bookings, invoices and registers are updated and money collected for our Nursery and wraparound care facilities. In addition they will need to undertake the statutory headcount and submit these figures to the LA as well as chase any late payments and keep booking forms up to date.

Whilst in the office they may need to liaise with parents and answer any telephone queries related to Nursery or school so will become an integral part of the administrative team.
