What skills and experience we're looking for

The academy wishes to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our non-teaching staff team as an administrator. If you are hardworking, have high expectations and are enthusiastic about contributing to the success of young children through the support our admin team provides to our staff and community, then we would love to hear from you.

Experience in systems such as ParentPay, Xero or Scholarpack would be beneficial to the role, however training will be given to the successful candidate, with support and guidance provided from our highly experienced and friendly admin team.

The role is for 34 hours a week, term time only, with 10 additional days to be worked as training days or during the holidays. The hours of work are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.15am – 4.30pm Friday 8.15am – 3.45pm with a 30-minute lunch break and Wednesday 8.15am – 12 noon. Some flexibility maybe been seen in the hours for the right candidate.

Applicants of this customer-facing role will have the ability to provide advice and guidance in accurate spoken English, as required under the Immigration Act 2016.
