What skills and experience we're looking for

Role Overview:

As a School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our school. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General Administration

  • Receptionist Duities

  • Financial Administration

Requirements:

  • School Office Experience:Essential for this role, previous experience working in a school office will be highly valued.

  • Organisational Skills:Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with children, parents, staff, and external stakeholders in a highly professional manner.

  • IT Proficiency:Competence in using common office software and systems. Experience in using school-based software such as SIMs or FMS would be advantageous.

  • Flexibility:The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team.

  • Attention to Detail:High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when handling administrative tasks.
