Role Overview:
As a School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our school. Your responsibilities will include:
General Administration
Receptionist Duities
- Financial Administration
Requirements:
School Office Experience:Essential for this role, previous experience working in a school office will be highly valued.
Organisational Skills:Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with children, parents, staff, and external stakeholders in a highly professional manner.
IT Proficiency:Competence in using common office software and systems. Experience in using school-based software such as SIMs or FMS would be advantageous.
Flexibility:The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively within a team.
Attention to Detail:High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when handling administrative tasks.
