Administrator (SEN and Sixth Form)

Trinity Academy – September 2026 Start

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a committed and proactive Administrator (SEN & Sixth Form) to join Trinity Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and providing effective administrative support within the Sixth Form, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support for the Academy’s SEN provision, maintaining accurate student records, coordinating documentation and reviews, and liaising with staff, students, parents, and external agencies to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed. Alongside this, you will support the administration of the Sixth Form, assisting with student records, admissions, attendance monitoring, pastoral processes, and the day-to-day organisation of Sixth Form activities.

You will work closely with the SENCO, Sixth Form team, and wider Academy staff to ensure that administrative processes run efficiently and that students receive excellent support throughout their educational journey. Through your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to student success, you will contribute to creating an environment where every student is valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
