Hours: 38.5 hours per week

Working Pattern Monday 8am – 5.30pm, Tuesday – Thursday 8am – 4pm , Friday 8am – 3.30pm

Weeks: 200 days per year (37.6 weeks of school term time plus 12 days)

Holiday: Pro rata entitlement of 28 days plus bank holidays taken during periods of school closure

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrator to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative assistance to senior staff.

There is a role to support the Orbis Executive team and also another role to support the Southfield Senior Leadership team. Both roles will be based at Southfield School.

You will have a strong administration background and will be confident in managing data. You will be working alongside a collaborative, forward thinking Leadership Team and/or Executive Team who are here to support and develop you. To succeed in this role, you will have excellent organisation and service skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
