Administrator to Executive Team job summary

Cambrian Learning Trust are recruiting for a proficient administrator to support our Executive Team on a temporary basis, initially until 31 December 2025. This post is working 18 hours per week with a flexible working pattern and potential for hybrid working. Requests for Term Time working will be considered.

The administrator will be required to provide administrative support to the Executive Team, currently comprised of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and the Director of Education. As part of the role, support may also be required for other teams or departments within the business, as managed by the Executive Team post holders.

We are looking for a person who:

  • Has experience in general clerical/ administrative or PA work
  • Has excellent organisational skills with an eye for details
  • Is an adept communicator, confident liaising with different stakeholders and departmental specialists within the Trust.
