Administrator job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Administrative Officer to join our friendly team and support our school operations.

The work is incredibly varied, and the role will encompass many different skills so you will need to have adaptability and flexibility. You will be the main point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring that information flows are effective.

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Is reliable conscientious and efficient.

Is confident liaising with staff, the school community and outside contractors.

Has ambition and is open to learning on the job and undertake training as required.

This role is for 32.5 hours per week. Your work schedule will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm.
