Dussindale Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant.
As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our school. No two days are the same - from handling phone calls and emails, maintaining records, and assisting with admissions, to supporting staff and pupils with their queries, you’ll be at the heart of our school community.
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can manage a busy workload with accuracy and attention to detail.
Is confident using IT systems (experience with school software is an advantage, but training will
be provided.
Is reliable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team.
Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding.
