Admissions and Marketing Officer

Salary: £29,540 per annum full time equivalent, actual salary £26,949 per annum.

Contract Term: Permanent: Full time, term-time only plus two additional weeks (41 weeks). We will consider flexible working for the right candidate.

Every year, young people in years 10 and 12 join Berkeley Green UTC to access exceptional opportunities in Engineering, Digital Technologies and Cyber Security. Through outstanding employer partnerships, a specialist STEM curriculum and industry-focused experiences, our students progress to leading universities, higher and degree apprenticeships, and highly skilled employment. We are looking for an exceptional Admissions and Marketing Officer to help more young people discover these opportunities and choose Berkeley Green UTC as the pathway to their future.

We need someone who can effectively communicate what makes Berkeley Green UTC unique, build strong relationships with prospective students and families, and ensure every applicant receives an outstanding experience from their first enquiry through to enrolment.

You won't simply manage admissions and marketing; you will:

  • Champion the growth and reputation of Berkeley Green UTC
  • Tell the stories of our students, alumni and employer partnerships
  • Increase awareness of the outstanding destinations and career pathways available through the UTC
  • Lead innovative digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms
  • Build relationships with schools, employers, parents, media outlets and community stakeholders
  • Deliver engaging recruitment events that inspire young people to join the UTC
  • Manage the admissions journey, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for every applicant
  • Use data and audience insights to increase engagement, applications and enrolment
