City College Norwich is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactiveAdmissionsand School Liaison Coordinatorto play a key role in supporting prospective students from their first enquiry through to enrolment. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, managing processes and contributing to student recruitment success.
About the Role
As an Admissions and School Liaison Coordinator, you will coordinate admissions activities and support school engagement initiatives across the College. Working closely with prospective students, parents/carers, partner schools and internal colleagues, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment and admissions cycle.
You will be responsible for managing applications, interviews, offers and enrolment processes while maintaining accurate student records and admissions data. The role also involves supporting recruitment events, school visits, presentations and engagement activities that encourage applications and support enrolment targets.
As an ambassador for City College Norwich, you will develop strong relationships with schools, careers professionals and other external stakeholders, helping to promote the wide range of opportunities available to our students.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Qualified to at leastLevel 3 (A-Level equivalent).
- Experience in an administrative role delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience working with complex databases and information systems.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to deliver presentations to groups.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to business insurance.
- Flexibility to undertake occasional evening and weekend work
