What skills and experience we're looking for
We have a new and exciting vacancy for an Advisor for Nurture and Behaviour who will work in partnership with our Director of Inclusion to ensure that all our schools develop a nurturing approach to enable more effective inclusion for all pupils.
We are looking for a part time postholder to be a source of advice and expertise, supporting school Nurture and Pastoral/behaviour leads and their teams.

The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi-Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. There are currently 30 schools in the Trust. The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is cross-phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. The Trust is a mixed MAT and includes both non-denominational and Church of England schools.
