After School Club Assistant job summary
Set in the village of North Crawley, we are a small school with a close-knit team of staff. We are seeking an efficient and confident individual who can maintain the high standards of the school.
Ideal candidate skills and experience:
Experience of working with children
Experience of working in a school environment
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Have a genuine interest in working with children
Duties will include:
Supervising the children, ensuring their safety at all times
Engaging with them in aspects of play and conversation
Setting up activities for children to optionally take part in
Meet and greet parents and provide them with feedback on their child's time at the club
Assisting in the provision of a light tea, preparing, serving and cleaning up
Clearing down at the end of each session
Mandatory school training
