After School Club Assistant job summary

Ray Lodge Primary School would like to appoint a confident and creative person to work in our after school club.


The role includes supervising the children, ensuring their safety at all times, engaging with them in aspects of play and conversation, setting up activities for children to optionally take part in, meet and greet parents and provide them with feedback on their child's time at the club. Having fun in a safe environment!


Working Hours: 15 hours per week

Working Pattern: 2.45pm—5.45pm Monday to Friday (Term time + Inset)

Contract: Fixed Term for 1 year

Reports to: After School Club Leader


Closing Date: Sunday 6th September 2026

Shortlisting: Monday 7th September 2026

Interviews:WB 14th September 2026
