After School Club Leader job summary

What skills and experience we are looking for

We are seeking a creative individual, qualified to level 3, who is able to relate well to primary age children, ensuring that their after-school experience is enjoyable and educational. The successful candidate will have a knack for making activities fun whilst adhering to the school's behavioural policy and maintaining a safe environment for all participants.

You will be responsible for planning a variety of activities that cater to mixed ages and abilities. A strong understanding of how to adapt these activities to meet the needs of individual children will be essential to ensure that all children receive the support and stimulation they require. Your ability to engage with children and foster a positive atmosphere will be key to the success of our After School Club.

You will be required to work Monday to Thursday 15:15 - 17:30 Term time only.
