After School Club Senior Play Leader job summary

The post holder will have specific responsibilities for the preparation of outdoor and indoor activities for each session. Supervise, support and assist pupils undertaking activities and support the After School Manager with the day-to-day management of the After School Club. You will form strong links with families and provide clear lines of communication between the club provision and home.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be positive, flexible, proactive and creative in their approach to after school activities; delivering a varied and high quality programme.
  • Have experience of working with children.
  • Have a qualification relating to children's care or activities would be advantageous.
  • Have the ability to work across the primary age range.
