Bridgwater College Academy are currently recruiting for an Assistant Head Teacher - Behaviour for Learning. This is within our primary phase of the school, composed of 0.6 Teaching and 0.4 Leadership.

The AHT plays a key role in communicating, modelling and embedding a culture of high expectations and high aspirations for all pupils and staff, showing and sharing a passion for learning.
