Alternative Provision (AP) Learning Mentor job summary

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

Bridgnorth Endowed School and Thomas Adams School, Wem are seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Alternative Provision (AP) Learning Mentor (Higher Level Teaching Assistant - HLTA).

This role will be based across both sites and will involve working closely with our most valuable students within our internal Alternative Provision settings.

As part of the inclusive 3-18 Trust, which champions belonging and celebrates every learner, you will play a vital role in supporting small groups and individual pupils to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
