- Grade H - Actual salary £23,572 - £29,648 per annum
What skills and experience we're looking for
- At least 5 GCSE’s which must include at least a 4 or equivalent in English and Maths
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Previous experience of working with children.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal sensitively with related issues/individuals with tact, diplomacy and discretion
- Able to demonstrate a level of resilience and take on board constructive feedback to further improve performance.
- Ability to be self-motivated and succeed when managing distractions
- A willingness to work with strict routines and make an impact
- A flair for innovative solutions to behaviour management within our AP unit.
- Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children both written and verbal
- Be flexible, dependable and able to follow management instruction & direction
- Experience of using IT within an administrative role
- Ability to work quickly, methodically and accurately to undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the provision
- Efficient, accurate and excellent attention to detail
- An ability to quickly adapt to change
- Have a willingness to extend skills through appropriate training.
- A passion and desire to drive things forward.
