Alternative Provision Manager

Pay scale: MPS or H8/H9 (SCP 23 – 31) £33,366 - £40,476 paid pro rata for hours and weeks worked

Hours: 37 hours per week 8.00am – 4.00pm

Weeks: Term Time only (41 weeks) plus INSET, plus additional 2 weeks (0.97258 FTE)

Start date: April 2025

Actual salary: £30,271.56 - £36,722.16 (includes holiday entitlement)

Ridgeway are opening an onsite alternative provision in April 2025. The RISE centre will promote individual student excellence for the students who need alternative provision to reintegrate them into our mainstream setting. The RISE centre will deliver a curriculum programme for all its students to enable them to reintegrate.

The role of the Alternative Provision Manager will be focussed on the management and daily running of the RISE Centre (Raising Individual Student Excellence) and will include students who may be engaging with behaviour intervention services and alternative provision who will be at risk of exclusion due to their behaviour in mainstream school. Ridgeway have an extensive inclusion team to work alongside the inclusion centre to enable all our students to achieve.
