Annual Review Admin Assistant job summary
Crowdys Hill School is a dynamic and forward thinking special school for pupils with moderate learning difficulties and complex needs. We cater for over 340 pupils from across the Borough of Swindon and beyond, from the age of 4 up to 19 across two sites.
We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic Admin Support Assistant to work part time in our close knit team supporting the Annual Review Manager administer all aspects of the Annual Review Process. This is a busy role as we organise over 340 Annual Review's every year.
You will need to:-
- be organised and efficient
- have great attention to detail
- be able to work to tight deadlines
- be able to prioritise workloads
- be flexible and approachable
- work under your own initiative
The role will also include:-
- daily cover for our busy reception
- use of SIMS
- general clerical duties including typing of letters, reports and other documents as necessary
- other admin tasks as required by the Admin or wider school teams.
This post is for 21 hours per week Monday -Wednesday 8.30am to 3.30pm these hours are non-negotiable,
This post is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
