HR & Payroll Officer job summary

HR/Payroll Officer

We are seeking to appoint an HR/Payroll Officer to provide a comprehensive, professional HR service to our schools and Trust working as part of our small, friendly team comprising 3 HR/Payroll Officers and our HR Services Lead.

You will work in partnership with schools in and around Didcot and the Trust Central Team to support them with a range of people and payroll matters. This is a busy, varied role where you will be working in our culture of continuous improvement and will have a real opportunity to make a difference to our schools and their communities.
