Dorothy Goodman School is looking to recruit an Annual Review Lead Administrator to support our work with children, young people and their families. The school is part of the Open Thinking Partnership (OTP). Dorothy Goodman School is an all age Special School serving the Leicester, Leicestershire & Warwickshire area with over 430 pupils on roll. Working within our values of Respect, Nurture and Independence, we provide experiences for children and young people which develop their personal qualities, learning and engagement skills. Our aim is to inspire and support children and young people to develop vocational and life skills for healthier, happier futures and we are looking to appoint a person to be part of our team which contributes towards this.

The role will require you to lead the annual review process for the children/young people and their families. This will involve the structured planning and organisation of the review process working with leaders and teachers across the schools, as well as multi agencies to ensure strict timescales are adhered to. As part of this role you will support and guide the work of members of the admin team who support in the delivery of the annual reviews.

Furthermore, you will be required to work across the Dorothy Goodman bases and therefore, a clean driving licence is essential.

There may also be ,at times, cover as a school receptionist, providing the first point of contact for visitors to the school, parents, staff and children.

The working weeks equate to 38 weeks school term time with an additional 5 days training and 2 weeks to be worked during the summer holiday period to support the organisation. The days to be worked will be agreed with your line manager.

The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of the person specification and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
