An exciting oppurtunity to join Fox Hollies School which is a maintained special school for students aged 11-19 with severe and complex learning disabilities. We are seeking skilled, reflective and compassionate Office Manager to join our team .

Fox Hollies School is seeking a highly organised, proactive and systems-confident Senior Office Manager to lead our administrative function and support the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

This is a key operational role in a busy, specialist setting. You will oversee the school office, line manage administrative staff, and ensure that systems are efficient, well organised and consistently used across the school.

You will play an important role in maintaining clear and effective systems using SharePoint and supporting the use of our Management Information System, including SIMs, Arbor MIS (or similar). We are looking for someone who is confident using IT to organise information, improve processes and support others in working efficiently.

The role also includes coordinating home-to-school transport, acting as a central point of contact for parents, the Local Authority and transport providers.

Location: Fox Hollies School, Moseley,B13 8QB

Contract: Full-Time Term Time Only plus 5 days, Permanent. Additional 5 days to support end of Summer Term and beginning of Autumn Term tasks.

Hours: 36.5hrs per week. 2 week rota covering hours varying between 8:00 to 17:00, Monday- Friday.

Salary: Grade 4, SCP 24-33 £31,776-£39,550 Actual salary .

Closing Date: 08/05/26 9:00am
