Are you looking to kickstart your career in administration while making a positive impact in an educational environment?
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Administration Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of our school office across Penbridge Schools.
You will provide a friendly, welcoming, first point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and staff filtering enquiries as appropriate while also providing essential administrative support to the Office Manager.
The successful candidates will undertake a Level 3 School Admin Apprenticeship, participating in a wide range of administrative tasks to fulfil the requirements of the course. You will be supported with excellent training to become a skilled and valued team member.

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Clear communication skills and customer focused
- High standards and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- IT skills, including Microsoft 365
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or equivalent qualification
Hours of Employment are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm
