What skills and experience we're looking for

This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in building maintenance within a school environment. You will learn and assist with:

  • General caretaking and minor repairs.
  • Health and safety checks, including fire safety and alarm testing.
  • Maintaining school grounds and supporting seasonal tasks.
  • Working alongside experienced staff and contractors to develop practical skills.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is willing to undertake and complete a Building Maintenance Apprenticeship.
  • Has a flexible, positive attitude and enjoys learning new skills.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
