From April 2023 the rate for apprenticeships is £5.28 per hour in the first year and national minimum wage in the appropriate age range in any following year
Dearham Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to join our administrative team. We are looking to appoint an Apprentice Business Support Assistant to be based between Dearham & Flimby Primary Schools. You will gain hands-on experience in a busy office environment learning a wide range of tasks. The Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship is fully work based for 18 months plus an end point assessment.
The successful candidate will:
- Undertake reception duties, providing a professional and welcoming appearance to the academy for staff, students, visitors and members of the public.
- Undertake a range of general administrative duties, including word processing, maintenance of spreadsheets, filing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Undertake a range of reprographics duties including, photocopying, laminating, binding etc.
