Apprentice HR and Projects Administrator job summary

The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust (DLPT) is looking for an organised and proactive Apprentice HR and Projects Administrator to join our fast-paced and supportive HR team. If you are looking to develop your career in HR/people management, supporting 15 academies and over 650 employees across multiple locations then this is a great career move for you.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be learning on the job as well as studying, and making a difference from day one. Your main responsibility will be to work with the HR Team to provide essential HR administration support to our schools along with overseeing safeguarding checks and assisting with the recruitment process. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to key Trust-wide projects.

You will be a team player, with strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills, and a passion for people and organisation. Full training and career development, including CIPD study at apprentice level is on offer. This is a full time role
