We are looking for:

Carlton Academy Trust is offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting young people. In this role, you will help pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to achieve their academic and personal goals while learning how to create inclusive and supportive classroom environments. Working alongside experienced staff, you will gain hands-on experience in lesson support, behaviour management, and pupil progress tracking, as well as develop essential skills in safeguarding and equality. This apprenticeship provides valuable training and professional development to prepare you for a rewarding future in education.
