Apprentice (Level 3) IT Technical Support Analyst job summary

This post is part of the Bright Futures’ central IT team and will provide support to Rushbrook Primary Academy and Stanley Grove Primary Academy. The postholder will be based across both sites on a rota with occasional requirement to work flexibly. The role holder work under the supervision of the Trust’s Digital IT Manager, who is the line manager of the role holder. This apprenticeship is offered on an 18-month fixed-term basis. However, for the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent position upon successful completion of the programme and subject to business needs
