At Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy we are looking to recruit an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to work with teachers to support teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff and may be responsible for some learning activities within the overall teaching plan.
Support classroom learning by working with individual pupils or small groups under teacher direction. The role includes supporting pupils with SEND or EAL, delivering planned activities, preparing resources, promoting positive behaviour, and helping pupils develop independence and make progress.
