We are looking for an apprentice teaching assistant to join our inclusive secondary school and play a key role in the classroom.
The successful candidate will be resourceful, empathetic, flexible, inspirational and forward thinking. You will have highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, be able to inspire and motivate students and colleagues to achieve their best and be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
Your role…
As an Apprentice Teaching Assistant you’ll work under the guidance of the SENCo and under the instruction of teaching staff to support access to learning for students and assist the teacher in the management of students and the classroom. Working with students will mainly be carried out in the classroom and other teaching areas.
