This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who is passionate about supporting professional development and educational excellence. The successful candidate will combine operational coordination with coaching and assessment responsibilities, helping apprentices achieve their full potential while ensuring efficient and compliant programme delivery.

You will lead and coordinate a range of administrative and operational processes that support apprenticeship delivery, professional development events, and wider PTSA activities. In addition, you will coach, support and assess Level 3 Teaching Assistant and Early Years Educator apprentices, guiding them through their learning journey and preparing them for successful completion of their End Point Assessment (EPA).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating apprenticeship and PTSA administrative processes.
  • Supporting the delivery of training programmes, CPD events and networking sessions.
  • Coaching, mentoring and assessing apprentices.
  • Monitoring apprentice progress and implementing timely interventions.
  • Managing databases, tracking systems and programme records.
  • Producing reports and supporting operational planning.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for schools, apprentices and partner organisations.
  • Supporting compliance, safeguarding and quality assurance requirements.
  • Contributing to website and social media content.

About you

We are looking for a professional and highly organised individual who can build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will have:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a busy administrative environment.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
  • Experience working with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, learner support and continuous improvement.

Experience supporting apprentices, learners or adults in a training environment would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting the development of future education professionals while working within a collaborative and supportive team. You will be part of an organisation committed to high-quality training, continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.
