The Role
The primary responsibility of the Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator is to provide an accurate, timely and compliant apprenticeship onboarding service, ensuring learner and employer information and supporting evidence meet relevant funding requirements.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with applicants, employers, Business Development Officers and internal College teams to support apprentices through the onboarding and enrolment process. You will play an important role in ensuring records are accurate, documentation is complete and apprentices are ready to begin their programme.
What Will You Bring to the Role?
- Collaborating: You will have strong interpersonal skills and work effectively with apprentices, employers and colleagues across the College to support a smooth and timely onboarding process.
- Focused: You will be organised, accurate and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high standards of data quality and customer service.
- Strategic Thinking: You will be able to review information carefully, identify discrepancies or missing information and take appropriate action to resolve or escalate issues.
- Determination: You will take a proactive approach to progressing apprenticeship onboarding, following up outstanding actions and working through issues to achieve a successful outcome.
