Then come and be part of our journey!</p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for an Apprenticeship Tutor to be that <b>critical friend and mentor</b> to our L3 TA Apprentices. You’ll make a difference by facilitating 1-1 engaging tutorial sessions & offering developmental feedback with the goal of ensuring that our apprentices achieve to their full potential and are ably supported to make the transition to qualified L3 TA’s!

</b></p><p><b>About the Role
</b></p><p>Most your time will be spent supporting our students with 1 – 1 tuition. The provision of resources and programme is done for you (so you don’t have to do this); however, how you deliver this to be the most effective is down to you and your expertise. Each student has (2 hours? F2f?) tutoring. Alongside this you’ll work closely with academies/line managers and wider apprenticeship programme team to ensure the smooth running for our apprentices. Currently we have a small cohort and have allowed time to directly support. As our apprenticeship tutor, you’ll make sure your cohort are on track and ably guide and support at an early career stage.
</p><p>This really is a nice role where you can help shape someone’s career and support our academies in developing apprentices ready to support in school and understand the Oasis ethos.

</p><p>LPGS Pension Scheme. This is a defined benefit scheme where a circa 20% contribution a year goes into a pension scheme, with significantly higher employer contributions than in most workforce pensions.
