Salary: £13,560 - £14,904 (Actual) - £33,900 - £37260 (FTE) + wellbeing cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits Hours: 0.4 (14.8 hrs a week) Contract: Fixed term - until February 2028 Closing date: 10th December Interview dates: 16th - 18th December Start date: February 2026 Location: Remote - with occasional travel as required Join Our Team as an Apprenticeship Trainer - Coaching Lift Schools Apprenticeships is a fast-growing, high-quality training provider dedicated to strengthening the education and leadership workforce across the UK. We're now seeking another skilled and passionate Trainer to deliver our Level 5 Coaching Professional apprenticeship, supporting learners to become impactful coaches within schools, MATs and wider organisations. You'll play a key role in guiding apprentices through their full learning journey, from induction and planning to teaching, assessment and 10-weekly tripartite reviews. You'll ensure learners progress effectively through their training plan, maintain accurate e-portfolio records, and prepare them for successful End Point Assessment. Depending on your experience, there may also be opportunities to contribute to programmes such as Operations Manager and Teaching Assistant. As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll manage your own caseload, work closely with employers, keep programme content current, and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, equality and quality assurance. Skills we are looking for: * Experience delivering apprenticeships, coaching programmes, or professional training within education or a related sector. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a caseload, plan learning effectively, and maintain accurate digital records. * A coaching qualification at Level 5 (or willingness to work towards one) and a commitment to ongoing CPD. * Experience working with schools, MATs, or other education-based employers. * Knowledge of End Point Assessment requirements and e-portfolio systems. Please note that although his role is predominantly remote; travel will be required on occasion to sites across our region and head office, the head office is in 1 Ed City Walk, London.
