What skills and experience we're looking for

Oaklands is an outstanding special school serving the London Borough of Hounslow that provides specialist education to students with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple difficulties and autism aged 4-19. We have a Primary school (New Oaks), and a Secondary school (High Oaks). We are based across two different sites with both our school buildings offering state-of-the-art facilities for our students. We are currently looking for a Class Teacher to join our secondary department in September 2026 as we continue to expand our provision. We are eager to meet both experienced teachers and teachers at the beginning of their career who can join us in providing the best education possible for our students to prepare them for their lives. We believe that all of our students are capable of making outstanding progress and we want to appoint individuals who share our belief.
