Job Opportunity: ARB SEN Teacher
Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional, passionate SEN teacher to lead our Area Resource Base (ARB), supporting pupils with severe and complex learning needs.
About the Role
As our ARB Lead Teacher, you will:
- Teach and support 11 pupils with complex needs, including medical, autism and communication difficulties
- Lead a highly skilled team of Learning Support Assistants
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Deliver daily Attention Autism interventions
- Complete EHCP reports and essential documentation
- Liaise with external agencies and parents
- Integrate ARB pupils into mainstream classes where appropriate
