What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic, and inspiring teacher to be part of our teaching team who can also support the wider senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher who is ready to take the next step in their professional journey or for an existing leader who is excited about the challenge of a new setting.


The successful candidate will:

  • Be a proven strong Key Stage 1 teacher who has a clear understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum.
  • Have leadership skills that will enable staff to flourish and pupils to reach their potential, underpinned by a strong personal philosophy and clear pedagogical subject knowledge.
  • Be happy to support the Church of England ethos of our school through our school values.
  • Be dedicated to raising standards and removing barriers to learning for all pupils.
  • Have high expectations of themselves and pupils with a positive, can do and proactive nature.
  • A commitment to developing an engaging and exciting curriculum based on practical and first-hand learning experiences set within a very strong learning environment.
